Have the title ready if you have it. Call first either way, because what the vehicle is worth changes what the job costs you.
Not every call needs a tow. If Vic can get you moving at the kerb, that is cheaper for you and he will say so on the phone.
The catch all. Describe what the vehicle is doing and Vic will tell you whether it is a kerbside fix or a tow before he sets off, so you know the cost either way.
Keys on the seat, keys in the boot, child or pet shut inside. Opened with proper tools rather than a wedge and a coat hanger, so the door frame, weather seal and paint are left alone. If someone is locked in, call 911 first, then call Vic.
Flat battery in a driveway, a car park or a work lot. Vic tests whether the battery is actually dead or the alternator is the real problem, so you are not calling again from the same spot tomorrow morning.
Spare fitted and torqued at the roadside. No spare, a locking nut with no key, or two flats at once, and the vehicle goes on the truck to a tire shop instead.
Enough petrol or diesel brought to you to reach the nearest station. Tell Vic which fuel the vehicle takes when you call, because guessing wrong is an engine rebuild rather than a callout.

Towing is priced on two things: how far Vic drives to reach you, and how far the vehicle then travels. On top of that, a recovery that needs winching costs more than a car sitting in a car park, because it takes longer and carries more risk.
That is why there is no price list on this page. A flat number posted online is either too high for a short local tow or too low for a night recovery off a wet shoulder, and either way somebody argues about it at the roadside.
Call, describe where you are and where the vehicle is going, and you get the number before the truck moves. If it turns out you need a shop rather than a tow, Vic will tell you that too.
